Soaring Health Clinic welcome Medical Intuitive

A Group Healing Workshop hosted by the Soaring Health Clinic held at the Shelburne Public Library Conference room on September 28th featured Psychotherapist, Medical Intuition Intern, and Reconnective Healing Practitioner, Angelo Corriero, a new member to the Soaring Health Clinic team.

“Healing of the body and mind to obtain optimal health” is the Soaring Health Clinic’s mantra and for good reason. Corriero, who works out of the Soaring Health Clinic and the Vaughn location, began his journey around age 18 when he started asking questions about life and life’s purpose. He began researching and receiving spiritually instinctive answers. Finding himself drawn to helping people Corriero discovered the more he worked, people started getting better. Feeling he was on the right path for his life, Corriero became a Psychotherapist focusing on mental health and addictions.

“Even neuroscience is coming around in support of natural healing. We are energy, right?” Corriero related to his audience of Reiki practioners, those interested in alternative medicine, and even the curious. “This is everything but rational and being irrational is natural, and remember, my client is not the mind, my client is the body.”

During a demonstration of the skill, Corriero, without actually physically touching volunteer, Bob Jones left a lasting impression as Jones commented when finished.

“I feel tingly. I can’t explain it. Calm. Different,” he said.

Initially, Jones, a sufferer of cancer simply came to the session on a whim accompanying his friends. It was just timing, a coincidence some would say, while others would readily admit their belief that everything happens for a reason. “I find after following the treatments of traditional medicines that it’s not working for me. Traditional medicine treats but does not cure,” Jones shared.

Corriero tunes into the physical body and can relate information to his client. Surprisingly, the study of medical intuition is not new. Some say that most parents can immediately ‘feel’ when something is not right with their child. Thinking of it that way, it’s far easier to relate to.

Corriero explains as well as instructs, “We are a cerebral culture, mind versus body,” and recommends, “Experiment with breathing, find your natural rhythm. We are light, engage it more.”

And that is exactly what Jones intends to do and we wish him well.
