If I could fill this whole column with Thank yous, this would be the time. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all our generous donors for the incredible selection of items, the original paintings and artwork, collector items and gift certificates from local businesses and so much more. A big thank you also to the many supporters who came in and purchased items to support this fundraiser for our collection purchases.
We do have a few Book Gift Baskets left and they are still available for purchase, Not bad considering we had 35 for sale this year. We receive so many almost new and very current, prize winning books some of which we add to our collection and some of which I will combine into thematic, affordable and gift worthy baskets. They make great hostess, housewarming, and holiday gift baskets. We will include great little gift items in the baskets to further enhance their appeal.
Children’s Christmas Craft Program: On Saturday, December 14th from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., we will be hosting a Children`s craft session. We welcome children from 5 to 12 to participate in this fun-filled session. Please sign up at the library so we can ensure we have enough supplies and treats for everyone attending.
