<br>The image of the Shelburne Municipal Office was used in many of the vignettes, shot by Country Music Television (CMT) for Coors Banquet, leading up to the announcement of the ‘One Horse Town' contest winner. Shelburne made it into the Top 2, but was ultimately beat out by Lacombe, Alberta. The decision was made after weeks of voting, and discussions between a panel of judges at Molson Coors Canada. Residents of Lacombe have won a free live concert, featuring Tim Hicks &amp; The Road Hammers. Having fought the good fight, Shelburnites will be rewarded with prize packages, said to be arriving soon. Tim and The Road Hammers did post a special message to Shelburne, in which they express how tight the race was, and what a fantastic town Shelburne really is.
