Blood Donor Clinic: Dec. 17th

Canadian Blood Services will host a Blood Donor Clinic on Wednesday, December 17th at the Centre Dufferin Recreation Complex (Shelburne Arena) from 3:30 – 7:30 p.m.
“As the holiday season approaches, businesses and organizations will be busy planning their group festivities. This holiday season, wrap it up red by donating blood. Your friends, family or office can really make a difference by gathering as many folks as possible to donate blood.
We make it easy. We’ll provide the venue, and the refreshments all at no cost. Now that’s a party! We are currently accepting group donation bookings. What better way to celebrate the holidays than by saving lives. Details of an upcoming December clinic are attached. This is a special clinic in Shelburne, with extended hours – until 7:30 p.m. The reason? Quite simply: we need more blood leading up to the holidays. With only one week until Christmas and no clinics operating on Sundays or Christmas Day, it is critical that we collect enough blood to get us through the holiday period. Come join us, won’t you?”
