Theme for 148th Fall Fair revealed at Agricultural Society AGM

Each year the Town of Shelburne enjoy attending a highly anticipated Fall Fair. This year is no exception and during the Shelburne & District Agricultural Society’s Annual General Meeting, a very determined number of board members and volunteers are already working very hard behind the scenes to ensure the 148th Fall Fair is yet another success. Announcing the Event’s new theme, Mason jars & Shining Stars, the Fall Fair of 2015 is already off to certain success.
Carefully calculated financial reports, strategies to move forward in building expansions, parking made available for the car show, walk ways, entertainment, vendors, 4-H competitions, Derby Activities, are just a few of the many, many aspects covered at the General Annual Meeting. The public can never understand the amount of time, dedication, volunteered hours and level of planning that goes into each Fall fair and the Shelburne & District Agricultural Society are, each and every member, serious in their resolve, ensuring each year is not only a success, but the attentive planning for future generations is astounding. Not a detail gets overlooked from finances to geography, The Shelburne &District Agricultural Society are to be commended, appreciated and thanked for their continued commitment in planning an event many take for granted as an expected, staple event in our community.
The 148th Shelburne Fall Fair, themed Mason Jars & Shining Stars is certain to be another feather in the caps of the Shelburne & District Agricultural Society. Rest assured Shelburne, we are in very capable hands!
