Krystina DeRose announces candidacy for School Board Trustee

I live in Bolton and have been a part of our Catholic schools and community. My educational background in law and politics and career as a Legislative Advisor at Queen’s Park will provide me with the necessary skills to represent Dufferin-Peel. I come from a large family raised with traditional Catholic values. I want to ensure and safeguard the integrity of the Catholic school system through the position of school board trustee. As your elected Dufferin-Peel representative, I will focus very strongly on the key objectives while still ensuring those principles are in accordance with the Catholic teachings. My goal is to incorporate healthy minds and bodies and inclusive and accepting environments into our great schools. I would work closely with the teachers and parents to make sure our community voices are heard for the betterment of our kids. Lastly, I will work diligently to protect and maintain the Catholic school system and its integrity.
