On Saturday December 19, 2015 at 12:35 p.m. police were doing speed enforcement on Highway 89 near Blind Line in Mono. Police observed an eastbound 2013 Nissan Altima sedan traveling at a high rate of speed. Police clocked the vehicle at 142 km per hour in a posted 80 km zone. A traffic stop was initiated and vehicle was pulled over.
