Are you ready to take charge of your health? Step up and take on the challenge.
The 12 week challenge is a 12 week transformation program at Towne Fitness that allows clients the opportunity to reach their health and fitness goals through accountability, motivation and support.
The goal of the challenge is to push both members and non-members of Towne Fitness to reach goals they never thought were attainable, whether it be weight loss, better fitness and strength, and/or enhanced energy levels. Towne Fitness’ hope is that the habits clients develop and goals they achieve can be maintained long term after the challenge.
Prior to the challenge, clients come in for an orientation session, get weighed, measured and pick a realistic goal. Hannah, owner/trainer of Towne Fitness says they like to “keep it real” and encourage every client to share their journey with family and friends as they are our greatest support and motivators.
Accountability – Clients are required to check in, individually, at their convenience each Wednesday, no excuses. Every other Wednesday they do measurements.
Motivation – Town Fitness uses a closed facebook group to communicate with Challenge members, where they post pictures, nutrition and exercise information as well as weekly progress of each member. Which they have found to be a great way for members to motivate and encourage each other.
Support – Hannah is available to each member on a daily basis and provides encouragement and support to help them stay true to their goals. Included in the Challenge after the 6 week mark, Hannah provides one personal training session.
“It is so rewarding to see the change in the these participants from the start of the challenge through to the end. They just seem to walk taller, have more confidence and seem so much happier for making a positive change in their lives. What’s really great is they are sharing this experience and teaching their families and friends at the same time. This is where I draw my motivation, from these amazing individuals. Ordinary people, doing extraordinary things at Towne Fitness,” said Hannah
