Paws and Claws is ready for Easter

April 1, 2015   ·   0 Comments

The Ontario SPCA thrift store, Paws and Claws in Shelburne, has set up a beautiful window display just in time for the Easter long weekend. Easter bunnies, eggs, and baby chicks adorn the Main Street businesses window – tempting you to come inside, and see what other treasures await. Proceeds from Paws and Claws support abandoned and surrendered animals waiting to find their forever homes. The store sells gently used clothing, books, jewelry, small appliances, knick-knacks, collectables and small furniture items. Donations are always needed too! “Your items can go a long way in helping the animals in the community. Please drop off your donations during store hours to: Paws and Claws Thrift Store Shelburne, 126 Main Street East, 519 925-9956. Store hours are Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.” Paws and Claws Shelburne is closed on Sunday. The store is run entirely by volunteers and all proceeds go to the Orangeville & District Branch shelter and adoption center. Contact Judi, volunteer coordinator, at jdavis@ospca.on.ca to get involved!
