Federal Offender Still at Large

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their Breach of Parole. Richard Rak is described as a white male, 41 years of age, 6’2” (188cm), 224 lbs (102kg). He has the tattoo on his right upper arm. He also has a scar on his forehead and is missing part of his left ear. He is serving a 5 year and 2 month sentence for Robbery with Violence and Criminal Harassment. Investigators believe Rak is in the Barrie area.
