The vibrant colours of fall flowers lined the aisles of Shelburne Agricultural Society’s Exhibit Hall at the 148th Annual Shelburne & District Fall Fair this past weekend. Beautiful displays throughout the building were a feast for the senses. The brightly lit building gave off welcoming warmth that was lost on the vast arena floor where exhibits had been displayed in previous years. The Agriculture Society did a wonderful job with the displays using the space creatively to show off the hard work of local competitors in all departments. From floral to bake goods, photography and arts and crafts displays were easy to see and the hall was a pleasure to stroll giving the viewer the optimum opportunity to appreciate the craftsmanship and skill involved in the entries from local friends and neighbours of all ages.
