Headwaters Communities in Action (HCIA) celebrated 11 years of supporting community projects at this year’s Annual General Meeting held at Lord Dufferin Centre October 28th. Community leaders, agencies, and concerned citizens were invited to join in discussions as the organization shared outputs from the Community Well-Being survey. HCIA took the opportunity to “extend thanks to those who have been the heart and soul of our community” and the success behind the organization’s efforts.
