Trillium Ford sales manager receives customer service award

Douglas Welch, Sales Manager at Trillium Ford Shelburne, was recently presented with the Summit Award for Sales Performance and Customer Satisfaction. Welch earned this prestigious award for the 2015 year and says he’s very proud of the achievement. “I’m genuine, and love what I do,” said Welch on his success. “I literally eat, sleep and breathe Ford.” Welch owns several Ford vehicles himself, including a 1978 F-250, and a Mustang, as well as a large collection of memorabilia that he surrounds himself with both at work and at home. “I come by what I do honestly,” said Welch. “I am really honoured and humbled to be receiving this award from Ford. I am proud to represent this brand, I bleed blue everyday! I want to thank the staff at Trillium Ford and all the people that have dealt with me over the years. I look forward to continuing to serve the communities of Shelburne, Dundalk and Flesherton and surrounding area in the years to come. I am your Ford ‘Go To Guy’!” Welch’s award acknowledges that his sales volume for the 2015 fiscal period ranks him amongst the top 10 per cent of eligible Ford sales people across Canada.
