Headwaters Health Care Centre (HHCC) has launched a community survey to help develop its future programs and services.
The survey, which opened on Sept. 27 and will run until Oct. 13, will provide input from community members and partners to plan the hospital’s clinical programs and services for the next five years.
“We look forward to learning more about what is working well and where there are areas for improvement at our local community hospital,” said Annette Jones, vice president, patient experience and health integration and chief nursing executive. “Feedback is being gathered from our community, staff, physicians, volunteers and partners to help us create a ‘focus’ of work for the next five years as part of a formal Clinical Priorities Plan.”
The survey is being managed through a third-party consulting firm, Optimus SBR, hired by Headwaters to help develop their clinical plan.
All responses for the survey will be anonymous and confidential.
Participants who choose to provide their contact information such as name, email and address will be entered into a random draw to win prizes. Winners will be notified via email of the prize award and options for delivery after the survey has closed.
More information and the survey can be found on the hospital’s website – www.headwaters.ca
