To all the dedicated people at Shelburne Free Press and Orangeville Citizen:
I want to express my sincere appreciation for the overwhelming support all of you have shown and provided for the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Ontario. Again this year your involvement and support was over the top. The excellent coverage of the Shelburne run, the vast amount of ads promoting the event, the articulate and supportive articles leading up to the event, and the creation of the professional posters were key to the success of this worthy event! Further, thank-you for the excellent ongoing coverage of all we do in the community. This was especially highlighted by the recent extensive coverage of our police week activities. (Alex Sher has been involved in so many events and stories the past month we may need to assign her a desk at the station!). This and all the other great coverage of events and everyday people in Shelburne proves that all of you have a sincere interest in the community and its progress! The Shelburne community is very well served! Many thanks to all of you!
