Man charged with stealing lumber

On Saturday May 31st Shelburne officers were conducting patrols of the housing developments in the Town of Shelburne. At 9:40 p.m. an officer came across a suspicious male and pick up truck at the Vandyk housing construction site located off Owen Sound Street at the north end of the town. An investigation ensued which resulted in the arrest of the male for stealing lumber from the construction site. 59 year old Enrico Falcioni of Brampton was arrested and charged with theft under $5000 under the Criminal Code of Canada. He was released on an appearance notice with a court date in late June.
